Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days ONLY if you have not used the invitation link provided. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same XMR account from which the funds were coming including in that amount the network fee, so you’ll receive a little less than what you send.

Late or missing refunds

Refund will take what it haves to take. It only depends on the XMR network how fast you’ll have your funds available.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

There is no exchange option.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and somehow giving a price later, that price doesn’t give you the right for a refund.
